After learning more about meters (from your podcast and from the YouTube channel Whole Home and Body Health) since first asking you about a 5g meter, I'm thinking of getting the Safe and Sound Pro 2 (the green one) and the Gigahertz ME3840B.

That's the max amount of money I have to spend (from a unexpected tax refund). Do you think that's a good general purpose set to buy?

I tried joining and asking in an EMF group, I've also asked a few people IRL. I got a mix of just get a cheap all in one, yes the ones listed are a good choice for he money, and don't bother as it won't cover enough things or be professional enough.

I know it's not enough, I'm looking to to cover as many bases as I can with the money I have available and maybe sustain fewer EMF injuries. I also want a some degree of accuracy.

S&S Pro is II xlnt choice. The main drawback of the ME3840B is single axis EF and MF which will require you to take three readings and manually compute sq root of the sum of the squares for each reading. You may want to consider making the BV compromise and saving the rest for a 3-axis MF meter when you can afford it.

S&S 2 does seem like a no brainer, and yeah I was confused about the other two fields.

I don't understand:

"You may want to consider making the BV compromise and saving the rest for a 3-axis MF meter when you can afford it."

I won't be able to afford another one later on unfortunately, unless the one that would be ideal to get doesn't cost too much more and I could save over time. I don't mind doing math each time I measure if that's the only drawback. BV = best value?

Which meter(s) would you recommend for electric and magnetic fields?

My recommendations are here: https://www.emfremedy.com/emf-meters/ which I will try to keep updated as new meters are introduced. BV= body voltage which is a compromise, but cheap way of looking at EF (electric fields) in the body. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I have a course of action to take now :)

Can't go wrong with Safe Living Tech - third-party verified.

That's my thoughts too. I've watched a lot about meters and now feel comfortable with my decision (which is basically what Keith is recommending on his website under 'meters' - that's within the $ I have).

You get what you pay for - especially when it comes to EMF meters. Third-party verification is extremely important. Thank you Keith for your expertise here. I'll be recording a webinar with Safe Living Tech next week - Tyler, a senior EMR tech, will be doing a demo of what meters to choose, when, and how to measure.

There are meters sold by Safe Living Technologies (SLT) that I don't recommend based on my unique experience as a survivor and as an Independent EMF Consultant, including the 'all-in-one' meters. I only recommend a subset of meters that pass the 5 factors outlined in this paper. Having said this, I've bought all my meters from SLT, since long before I became an affiliate, and plan to continue doing so. I like what they're about , the integrity with which they operate, their support and their in-house developed products in particular.
