It's so frustrating to be a canary in the coal mine. The sad thing today is that very few pay attention to the dead canaries.

Or even recognize a canary when they see one.

especially if they are one themselves and don't want to know it (:

Amazing article.

The question I have is: why put millimeter wave tech on grocery store doors?

Facial recognition and social credit score infrastructure?

Another reason to grow our own food or source from a local farmer!

Thanks Roman. I hope to answer your question in my next and last "What Exactly is 5G? -- Part Four".

Hi Keith - i couldn't agree more. I quit shopping for groceries years ago except at a nearby country market that has no doors and carries everything i need. I have always felt there was something bad at those automatic sliders most modern stores have; it just felt lousy. The last time i went into the local whole foods mkt was ~ 8 or 10 yrs ago; a 10 minute visit there left me very messed up - i thought it was partly their wifi throughout, who knows. I almost never enter any other store, and if i do, i run thru the doors and spend as little time as possible in it. Unfortunately, this means i do other-than-grocery-shopping mostly on amazon, which i don't particularly like to support for obvious reasons, but it is a solution for someone like me who can no longer shop in actual stores. I also almost never go to any restaurant - the gain is not worth the pain for me.

As for the euphemistically termed "sensors" (radar, etc) on cars, i think most newer cars have it now. So i drive very little, try to stay off of well-traveled roads and drive when there is less traffic if possible. I avoid major highways in general, since aside from all of the radar cars, there are now so many loaded celltowers - some very low altitude.

Also, according to an article i read about the auto industry, the newer vehicle radar systems are switching from the 24 GHz band to the 76 to 81 GHz bands ( which of course the new S&S Pro 5G meter cannot read). The new Tesla radar unit "is described in testing documents as a “non-pulsed Automotive Radar which operates in the 76-77 GHz spectrum to estimate distances to objects in close proximity to the car." [see article]: They cite "close proximity", but the typical range for various automobile radar applications is 50 meters to 250 meters.

https://driveteslacanada.ca/news/teslas-new-radar-unit-gets-uncovered-in-newly-unsealed-fcc-documents/

And Tesla has wireless components that reportedly cannot be turned off even when the car is off and parked. I know, because two of my relatives drive teslas, and they have informed me of this. When they visit my home, they have to park ~300+ feet away.

Yes. All of this is done just outside the realm of understanding for most people. We're creating uninhabitable spaces and normalizing, for the first time in history, personal radiation exposure.

i know - it is so sad - i am lucky in that i don't mind being a hermit (: and living out in the country - in fact i like it (i did plenty of socializing in the past) - but for most people that is either undesirable or not an option. I guess thru substack, i am learning the benefits of social media, which i never previously used or understood.

So sorry to hear of your torment.

I do think THIS, and the food situation, should be addressed ASAP.

There's a sports store and a grocery store in my area that I rarely go into because I can feel some disorientation as soon as I walk in. I now understand that it was millimeter waves from sensors.

Thank you.

Really great work.

I'm sorry to be a downer, but these EMF attacks on us are just that: ATTACKS.

What so many folks don't understand, and bless us all, everyone, is that the IDEA is to depopulate.

If we can get enough of us awake and aware of this sad truth, perhaps we can start to END the attack on Humanity and get into healthier modes.

Thank you so much, this explains a lot for me. Going into shops has always been hard for me, but it's become impossible for 90% of shops over the past two years. The ones I can still go to have manual doors and no smart tech.

My partner does all our groceries as our 'smart' supermarkets are the worst. We have been reducing our reliance on supermarkets, buying direct from growers etc. but stuff like toilet paper and water and a few other specialty items have been hard to replace. I will be putting my foot down now, only online ordering from the supermarket, he will understand after I show him your article. We don't have a small local non smart supermarket type shop that carries things like toilet paper and water.

I've also always had a tough time in vehicles, but that's most certainly become so much worse lately. I want a horse and cart now, but as you point out, that won't stop the exposure from around me.

You CAN get protective clothing/hats, etc. It's just expensive.

Expand full comment

I did save up for an EMF shielding hat, it massively amplified the effects, so I returned it. I'm iffy about shielding clothing, maybe some can't deal with the milimeter waves? I don't know.

Expand full comment

"I'm iffy about shielding clothing" -- Me too. In my experience as an EMF Consultant I've found that some people can't stand it, others like it. I personally didn't find any help when my electromagnetic poisoning was at it's worst.

Expand full comment

It does seem to be quite the polarizing topic. I wonder why it makes some feel better and others worse? I saw the improvement in my friend who used shielding products, but the effect didn't last. She was way better at first, then got worse. I know two people using various 'shields' and 'blockers' and the EMF meters say their house (with wifi turned on) is 'safe', yet I'm sick if I go inside (I don't at either house anymore). There is a whole industry around protection from EMF, but I'm not sure how much validity there is, and it's ultimately delaying the inevitable - the need to eliminate most EMF from the world. They will keep cranking EMF up until it's no longer only the canaries affected, the miners who ignored us will be taken down too.

AMPLIFIED?? wtf!!

Did you get a refund? I know this is a troublesome thing, but maybe just use FOIL over a stocking cap? It's very warm, tho.

Damn, so sorry, Kiwi.

A friend of mine knows a good place to get clothing... let me ask her. Or if you know Frances Leader's page, look for her EMF posts.

Expand full comment

Yep, amplified, but I think that meant it worked to be honest. It's like it trapped the signal, like a few bit got through, then bounced all around inside it. I have a friend who bought the same item and she felt amazing off it (not as sensitive as me). I'm not interested in trying further shielding products. I'm focused on natural fiber clothing and avoiding this stuff as much as possible.

I would check Fran's page...

There are other ways to mitigate... grounding is one... If you're near salt water, like oceans, y'know-- that's the best place to go walking barefoot, because salt water is one of the best conductors... Natural, EARTH grounding.

If not, just get in the grass or dirt somewhere that's not loaded up with underground stuff and put as much skin on the Earth as you can. Or you can be wearing pants/clothes, too, but bare feet, hands is good.

So sorry Tami. My relatives are arriving soon, so i will answer more later. It takes time - esp if the person does not really want to know and is invested in thinking it is all okay. Partly my dear one was convinced by exposures i felt strongly that no one knew were there, but were shortly after corroborated with evidence.

Also, Keith on the subject of those doors, i don't know if places like Lowe's or Home Depot are in your area - HUGE stores with hardware of all types and garden centers - but i have learned to avoid them - they are even worse than regular grocery stores - i think maybe, in addition to the doors (which are truly awful) that they have super-powerful wifi systems, like those powerful enough to be useful on a large ranch or campus. Truly terrible for a "bio-electrically aware" person.

I loath going into Home Depot -- very complex, very unnatural electromagnetic environment. Feel sorry for the folks who work there.

Gosh, thank you for this. I knew I was feeling more and more sick from traveling. My Husband insists on the adaptive cruise control and the mirror sensors. I have always loved to drive my old 2008 Mini-Cooper clubman. I can't drive any of our newer cars. I was diagnosed with EHS a year ago and I bet the new car contributed to my becoming sensitive.

Expand full comment

Yes, it's a very interesting situation. We're a resort community. Last year when visitors began arriving for summer, my most sensitive clients were thrown for a loop and didn't know why. I think it was all the visitors with their new (radar equipped) vehicles on the road vs. the older cars (without radar) most locals drive. It's frustrating when sensitive folk can't identify what's hurting them and that's why I wrote this post.

I feel like I need to go live with the Amish to recover. I'll never sleep well again otherwise. My Husband loves his technology.

There are many things that can be done to reduce your exposure. I've recorded about 80 episodes with lots of great information, especially for those of us who've been damaged by EMF here: https://www.buzzsprout.com/2075097

Best thing you can do is to get a local qualified EMF Consultant to check out your home and create a custom remediation plan for your home.

Thank you. I have hired a Building Biologist and my bedroom is in the green. It must be my exposures during the day that is still effecting me. When my kids are home, they insist on wifi, even though there are ethernets all around the house and in each bedroom. We turn it off at night, but as soon as it's turned on in the morning I feel it. My Husband kept gaslighting me but now I have the SLT wristband meter so I know that what I feel is real. We moved to a rural location in Vermont with no outside sources of EMF only to have them installed in the house. There is still a source that we haven't discovered yet inside. It must be from the wifi enabled mini-splits, even though they aren't engaged. My Husband called the company to find out how to disengage them, if that is the source.

Expand full comment

And Tami, what you feel is even more real than the meters show. For instance, we cannot measure all of the modulations, etc that are riding on the carrier waves. With many sources of RF like cellphones, all of those (digital?) modulations are reportedly a big part of the problem. I am very sensitive to RF, but i have been places with very high RF exposures that did not affect me nearly as badly as other much lower exposures elsewhere. Our bodies know and feel the damage. I know how hard it is to get family (even loving husbands) to really understand and empathize with this issue. My husband (now deceased) eventually understood pretty well and came up with the term "bio-electrically aware" (instead of EHS)

Expand full comment

""bio-electrically aware" (instead of EHS) "

I like, "well oriented to the natural electromagnetic environment such that we're able to easily discern corruption of the same"

Expand full comment

I like that term as well - bio-electrically aware. Reminds me to use the term highly sensory instead of highly sensitive.

Ah, this explains a lot. Yes, I am able to use my very old cell phone with no issues in remote areas where there is very little other infrastructure. In general, I don't use it, but keep it with me in a shielded bag just in case. Again, this is why my Husband thinks it's all in my head. How long did it take for your Husband to understand? It's been four years for me.

Wow, maybe explain to your kids what is happening.

The kids are all brainwashed, unfortunately. But there is no reason why you should have to suffer because they don't understand!!

Someone who does not want to be persuaded of something, won't be. They are all addicted to their radiation devices. I have an insulated shed with a space heater, desk and bed that I retreat to. Maybe the house will feel better after the whole house DE filter is installed tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Thanks for all your responses.
